Fort Lauderdale, for 25 years. I always took my vacation for the Celebration and one fall show, usually Baton Rouge...that's why I could show Taking Charge for 15 seasons...he was low mileaged, LOL!

David Wilson is also a member here and has posted a few times. David worked for the Voice also.

I know it's kind of late to start a new subject of discussion. But, one of my favorite topics of conversation is the best horses
that never won the big stake at the Celebration. These are the horses that won everything but the stake or tied 2nd in the stake

What ever happened to The Entertainer? Was he ever used for breeding?

Definitely Mack K. Also Merry Wilson and maybe Rowdy Rev. I think he would have won the year they didn't have the big stake. Also, I think he has won the stud class 3 or 4 times, more than any other hoss and there is no owner I would rather see win it than Bill Harlin.

I don't think that it's too late to start a new topic - as a matter of fact, Decker and I were trying to figure out today when bands came into use. Asked Barn - he didn't know - tried to call MIB - he didn't answer his phone. Anybody know?

And I know I'm prejudiced but I think that Old Time should have worn the roses.
