Gang i forgot to tell ya'll about the Monkey i owned one time, that word brings up Bad Memeories, back in the 60's i was training horses in Stuart Va. and i took a Monkey in on a trade for a Broodmare, he was a Rowdy Monkey and a Big one also, i guess about 4 ft. tall and weighed i'm guessing 120 lbs., i couldn't get him to mind and could not give him a Bath. I ask my Vet. thinking he might help, he gave me this guys number and said he was A Monkey Trainer. So i called Gus up and he said he could help me with this thing and it would cost me 200.00 for 30 days Training. I took him to Gus the next day and Gus says he would not be a problem with 30 days Training, He ask if i would like for him to give him a GOOD Bath and he would BLOW DRY him and his Hair would look like Silk, I ask how much that would cost, Gus said not much since you are paying me for 30 days Training, Gus said just come back and pick him up in 31 days.
In 31 days i went to pick up my Monkey ,THE BILL was 3702.00 Dollors, I ask why so much, Gus said NEVER TRY TO BLOW DRY THIS MONKEY, I had to Hire 10 people to hold him while i Blow Dryed him--200.00Training
1.00 shampoo--1.00 for Conditioner and 3500.00 Blow Dry, Gus said DON'T EVER BLOW DRY your Hair while he's around, YOU AIN'T GOING TO LIKE WHAT THIS MONKEY WILL DO TO YOU, WHEN HE HEARS THAT SOUND

This morning as i was shaving ,i came up with this Monkey story and i laughed so hard my sides hurt, I had about 3 page story but the site wouldn't let me put that much on the post, i was telling a friend of mind this morning and he was in stitches about this Monkey story and he added some to it also. I couldn't wait to get home to put it on here, i could not put all i wanted too, but anyway it was a Fun day planning it anyway

Speaking of Monkeys ,have ya'll heard this story about this Chimp that attack this lady yestarday, Its all over the National News Today, i watch FOX News its not a pretty site ,NOT GOOD

That was a horrible story - but don't you think that keeping a PRIMATE in a house in a subdivision is a formula for disaster? Did you hear the video and the 911 tape? It was awful - the news said that the owner had given him a Zanax because he seemed "agitated" - well in humans, Zanax can cause aggressive behavior. This woman may be in a world of trouble.

They are not pets for sure, yes if that chimp has that drug in his blood she is in trouble

I had a chimp that I trusted once. Trusted him like a best friend, but when my back was turned he ran off to Mexico with my fiancee. Never had any use for a chimp or a fiancee since.

But a monkey is a whole different story. You can trust a monkey.

Gus said he had to HIRE 10 HELPERS to hold that Monkey down to Blow Dry him, and it took ALL day to get him dry , He clawed and scratched and kicked and bit everyone, MONKEY HELP is not Cheap i guess he didn't like the sound or the Hot Air ,Remenber Gus told me to Never let him Hear a Blow Dryer:scratch:
