I lost Dad in May of 2007. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss him. He was quite a character and a great story teller. And several of his stories involved you!

If you have a picture of Fantasy, I would be willing to pay for a copy. She was a fantastic mare (in my humble opinion) and I never got a decent picture of her. She always had her ears flopped around. And Marianne was scowling, but that's another story completely!

I have been engaged to the same man for the past 12 years. We are both happy and don't want to ruin it by getting married. His mother is the former Brenda Tyree. Some of you may remember her from showing a big gray horse named "Wheel of Fortune". I couldn't love a man who doesn't love a Walking Horse. We have 8 Walking horses now, and if anyone is looking to buy, please call me. I have everything from broodmares to show stock for sale. And we still show every weekend that there is a show around here. We don't cross the state line much.

I get frustrated because the way I like to see a TWH go and what the judges want appear to be 2 different things. The first thing I better see is a head shake. And then the back end had better be up under the horse with a long stride. The next to the last thing is the front end. The other 2 things need to be there before I look at the front end. And the last thing is that a Walking Horse isn't supposed to go 90 miles an hour!!!

OK, I'll get off my soap box. I'm still wandering around the sight and I'm not sure if this is the right location to spout off.

I am sorry to hear about Charlie passing, I remember having some Good times with him at the shows, You like the same kind of horse most of us on here like, Draggin them Back Legs and shaking that Snot Box Off, but then again them footies has to be clean, I applaud these trainers that can get them in the ring under the conditions they have to today.But if you remember the kind that i showed they would be settin on that Butt.Check out all the Threads they are good Esp. I think it was on the site that went down and smitty had to do another site, when he gets back on and see's these message's he will put it on for you when he gets back on the service, he was moving and does not have service where he is now
