| Four years ago, I was talking to Jake, while we were watching the horses, go thru the alley into the ring. Jake was smoking a cigarette. This younger guy from Woodbury came up & told Jake, that if he kept smoking, he wouidn't live to be 90. Jake responded, I'm already 91! The first friday night, I stopped in front of Janes box & asked her how Jake was doing, she teared up & said that he had passed away that very morning! I really enjoyed talking to him, he was a saddle bred enthusiast also. He told me of riding in a buggy from the Knoxville area to visit relatives at New Hermon, one of Haynes Peacocks former homes. | |

| Will have youall in my prayers tomorrow for good news E. I had a nuclear stress test done today so everybody keep your fingers crossed and a prayer or two wouldn't hurt either, that my test comes back with good news as well. Test was a breeze, the last Friday night of the Celebration wasn't to swift when I ended up in ER with an out of the park heart rate. After trying to wait it out from around noon, thinking I'd get better, I called a friend in the late afternoon and asked if they had anything showing and when she said no but one from the barn was showing late, I said would you mind dropping me off at the hospital...course she stayed right there and brought me home. | |

| Sounds like a good thing you went! I HATE the stress tests. They don't have to give me anything, I am so stressed that my heart rate automatically starts off at a high level. I think I have to repeat that thing in December. My friend who works at MTMC said if anything outrageous showed up on the test, they would know it immediately and likely not let you leave. I hope you get good news and that it was just Celebration excitement that set your heart aflutter. | |
