It is Christy Bennet and Jack Warren trained the horse - guess we will just have to wait for MIB to tune in and name the horse. I ought to remember it but naturally I don't.

That is 1976 WGC Shades of Carbon & Joe Martin winning the Yearling Stallion class at the 1971 Dixie Jubilee.
Shades was owned at that time by Mr. & Mrs. Gilbert Foster of Lewisburg, TN.

He had already been started under saddle when he won this yearling class

Possibly.........not sure. I think he did train in EAST Tennessee though......
