| Billy Gray is correct. I don't know the horse either. Masqr8ng sent that one to me yesterday. I think it might have been one of The Gilbert Miller family horses. DD will have to give us the answer to that one... In the meantime..... Who dis?

| The horse in the photo with Billy Gray and Betty Freeman is Pride's Mr. Perfect probably from the old Lebanon show. The photo above is Greg Pate, can't remember the horse, though I do remember he was really a good one, maybe a Hytone?

| Dee Dee, you are correct. Hytone's Honey Boy, WC 4 year old gelding, then owned by Mrs Pearl Putman (former wife of D.L. Putman who owned Doc's High Tribute and others) Honey Boy was later bought by the late Jerry Bagwell and his last owner was Jack Mitchell of Albertville, AL for his son, Jay to show in juvenile classes....Celebration Trophy donated in the 4 year old gelding class in memory of Greg and Diane Pate's son, Chris, who drowned just a few years ago. They closed their barn after Chris died. | |
