Another great article Smitty. What is amazing is almost 60 years later several of these trophies are still up for challange. It is so much harder
to retire a trophy with a three win challange than a two win challange. Nowadays the trophies only last a few years. I gues that's the way the

As with most newspaper articles there is a mistake in the article about the Dunns. The last sentence says " no other father and son
team has ever won grand championships".
This article was written in 1999. At that time Both Carl Edwards and his son Larry had won Grand Championships.

I noted that also Razor. Actually, the statement appears to be a quote by Steve Dunn.
