Smitty...That's Grady Osborne and Sis in one of the photos. Seems they were actually married on horseback at Buffalo. The flood this past May, did alot of damage to the campground and some trails.

I've always wanted to paddle and fish the Buffalo River. I hear it's fantastic.

That looks like Sis Osbourne and hubby coming up out of the river !

Snow Ride

OHM recently braved the cold to enjoy a ride in the snow.

Some of you may or may not know, depending if you follow on FB or not, we have a new horse! Hahaha, just what we needed! This one pulled at our heartstrings (mostly Cuz's) and we went and got her. She is a half sister to my mare, Queen. You might remember, our trainer had a stroke about 2 1/2 yrs ago and his horses have been standing in their stalls since that time. He is finally in a position where he needs to place them in good homes because a road is coming through where the barn sits. Anyway, Rose is 7 yrs old and has been flad shod and padded. I will post pictures when I get her cleaned up better. Still too cold at night to bathe her. I've been brushing a little bit at a time but she is still pretty nasty. Farrier is coming Monday to start getting her feet back in shape. So I'm on here reading but not posting alot because my plate is full right now! Hope everyone has a wonderful and safe weekend!
P.S. If anyone is interested in some well bred horses for a song and a dance let me know. I'll put you in touch. I think there are still 4 show horses and 8 unbroke horses.
