| Wallace Brandon, Tim Gray, and Joe Martin also crossed my mind. Looks like Ronal Young and Wallace Brandon won our unofficial pole as the best trainer as the best trainer never to win the big one.
Now that we have anwered that burning question. Here's another.
In your opinion who was the greatest showman of all time.
My nominee is Sam Paschal.
Others that crossed my mind were Joe Webb, Budd Dunn and Judy Tillett. | |

| The few times that I was fortunate enough to watch Sam Paschal, I was but a wee child, but he and Sun's Delight mesmerized me even when I didn't know what I was watching. And I agree with Ronal & Judy, Joe Webb and Sammy (either in the ring or with his mouth harp on a stage.) And of course Pop Gray. | |

| That '50s Celebration crowd looks happy. They all have on coats. I remember wearing coats. Maybe there is global warming. In the '60s and '70 this crowd would be sitting on Cushions with Stallion advertisments like this. | |

| In 1967 just before the Celebration Moonglow Jr. developed a quarter crack in his rear hoof. Burt and Moonglow showed in the amateur stud class but. Jr. was uneven and was placed third behind Candace Williams on Go Boy's Royal Heir and Gala Goboy. It was decided not to show him back in the stake to avoid risk of permanent injury. | |

| In the Moonglow Jr. 1966 trophy presentation picture Burt thinks that is Judy Wiser presenting the Challange trophy. ( On the far left with blonde hair) Is she correct? | |
