| Thanks MIB. I think that will be a regular feature on the main page each month. I'm in the process of FINALLY updating the main page......that's something I was unable to do for months, since I was only able to access the site at the library. Now I have new HOME access once again and will be on here much more. I'll be able to work on improving the site once again. | |

| SMITTY I JUST SAW THE SLIDE SHOW FOR THE FIRST TIME - WALKING HORSE TRIVIA IS THE BEST SITE ON THE NET! I HAVE BEEN QUIET AGAIN - SORRY - I WENT KAYAKING MONDAY AND IT BOUT FINISHED MY OLD WO OUT SELF OFF! IT WAS LOTS OF FUN BUT THE RIVER IS LOW (REQUIRED LOTS OF HAULING THE KAYAK OVER ROCKS INSTEAD OF FLOATING) - TURNED IT OVER A COUPLE OF TIMES AND GOT A SLIGHT WHIPLASH. I THINK THAT I WILL THINK OF SOMETHING ELSE TO DO ON MY NEXT MONDAY OFF! | |

| Thanks for the kind compliment Bubbadog. We aim to please and fill our little niche rather nicely most of the time. Every WH site has something different to offer.
What stream did you kayak??? I plan on paddling the Elkhorn here in Ky before the month is over.

| Smitty - the Chatahoochee in White & Habersham County Ga - it's mighty low - I hope that the Elkhorn has some water running in it - makes for better paddling. | |

| The fat dude with the sweater vest & good looking chick, is at Maryland farm in Brentwood in the 40's. He's Andy Devine who played JINGLES, sometimes a side kick to Gene Autry & other cowboy stars. The chick was his wife. The owner of Maryland farm, Truman Ward, owned radio stations I think. The 2 white horses in more than 1 picture were also in Dr Womacks movie, A Look Into the Past & he didn't think too highly of them. Alot of these pictures are in early BlueRibbons & if this ariel photo is of Maryland Farm, then a current photo would show all houses, businesses, streets & I65. | |

| I love to see these old photos. I had a chance to go to the new Harlinsdale Farm and the new barn is a replica of the old one. I also went to Waterfall and Sand Creek. In my opinion, Harlinsdale still has the best looking foals and I attribute that to the fact that they have the best mares. | |

| I am looking for videos from the 83 Celebration Juv 11 & under gelding and 11 & Under stake and the 84 Celebration 12-14 class and juv 12-17 stake. These were the years Delight's Big Bad John won. I have talked to Connie Nixon at the Celebration and their archives only go back thru 85. I can't seem to find out who did the videoing prior to WDA International (which they started in 85). If anyone could help me come up with these videos I would greatly appreciate it.

My '39 BR cover is just a photocopy. I'm sure SB has the real thing.
