| It takes a lot to thrill me when it comes to horses ~~~~ but Honors does. He reminds me of Hard Cash (one of my favorites) but better in the bridle. Love the way the bit shanks flop. | |

| That was a cool video to watch and it really got me thinking about how sometimes the right horse wins. Now I'll be honest, on that night I did not think that Hard Cash won the class. After watching the video, I still don't think he should have won the class. However, in hindsight, it's a good thing that he did because he turned out to be far and away the best breeding horse in the ring. In fact, he probably sired more winners than all of the other competitors combined. | |

| Good point Curbchain. But I gotta tell you, Hard Cash was probably the sorryest one I ever saw win. That victory pass was so bad, they should have removed it from the film. | |

| I agree with everything said about Hard Cash that night - it wasn't his best performance. But he sure did turn out to be a fine breeding horse.
I never tire of watching ole Time - I rode him bout a million and a half miles and he was the same everytime - we called it my "therapy". But he didn't do much on the breeding end. | |

| 1989 Mack's Major Girl was the mare . We sold her before she foaled to move back to Ky. I think her daughter was named Two Timing Around. I remember hearing she had an accident and died maybe as a 2 yr old. | |
