| John A. Hendrixson owned Lilly White at one time, maybe that was when he had her. She was later owned and shown by D.H. Brock from Lawrenceberg. | |

| If you happen to still be a member of WHR site, check out the video from the 1991 Trainer's show. Frankie told me about it and it gave me chills. You would enjoy it. | |

| Delinquent???
Like I have said before, I am not a blogger of independent means [like Sadlbum & perhaps others] & occasionally have to concern myself with such mundane things as making a living & caring for a small band of presently worthless broodmares.

| The Celebration parade shot looks to be in front of the Old Dixie Hotel on the square in Shelbyville...is that where it was taken at SB? | |

| Parade Enquirers, Yes, I believe it was in front of the Dixie Hotel & one of the steeds was Brantleys Roan Allen Jr. The Shelbyville Library has Dixies BlueRibbon Magazines.
And We have been missing You on here Deltaboy.

| SB...Also enjoyed the article on Dr. Owen. Not only was he Ramseys DVM, but his mentor. Ramsey has a newspaper clipping of Dr. Owen, Final Edition, and himself...that was made here in the cross ties. It was published after FINALS, greatly received WGC title. This is one of Ramseys favorite pieces of memorabilia. Ben Bowman, also listed in Dr. Owen's article, still does our horses teeth. | |

| MIB,
I attended one of Mr. Mabron Magnusson's "Gold Star" auctions in the spring of '67 at Milky Way Farms. I'm pretty sure the sign "Sale of Stars" was on the auction stand, but the sale wasn't advertised under that name.
