OHM,I'm not sure but I know he talked alot about John Crawford.I thought though that when he came to Tenn. it was to work for Steve Hill.That is what he told me and I worked for him in Ohio right after he left Steve's.

TWHboss...you know what they say " When you get old you can't remember what you did 30 minutes ago, but as you age, you can remember what you did 30 years ago" I'm telling ya...we're all in the elder bracket. But Oh the memories...I love them. We all remember our grandfolks telling old stories and we'd roll our eyes and think, I'll never be THAT way and now here we all are.

About half the questions are answered. There were 3 Mr Brantleys & Bedford co. ain't specific enuf! F38 wasn't litup (Jr was, but wasn't foundation)

F-38 was a roan with two hind stockings a fore sock and a strip, that's lit up in my book. How about Silver Allen F-50 or Gertrude F-84, they wuz all lit up like a Christmas tree.

Yeah if i could ever figure out how to do it, I was just setting on him when i was 4 years old, my Dad worked for the Brantleys and i was Borned on that Farm, The little house i was borned in is still there and the Barn is still there also, if you are up there go by and see that place and meet Mr. Charlie and ask him about Rock Majors (Dad)
