| Reve's Little Boy & Bob McQuerry. I had forgotten he had ever showed him, but he won the 15.2 & Under class with him at the Trainers Show one year. | |

| SB - I would be willing to bet that the photograph of Reve just wasn't the best -cause there sure wasn't anything much limited about that horse except maybe his size. | |

| I was referring to the pads on his hooves, not very thick as performance horses wear today. Theres a limited class nowadays with pads like Reve was wearing. He was a big going little horse. Horses like Him need to be cloned. | |

One time I showed at the Nelson County Fair and they had roped off the parking lot with a rope. | |

| That picket fence is the same stuff you see at construction sites. Several small towns that did not have a ring used to have horse shows on the football or baseball field and use those for fencing. I have seen "rings" that were square and had no turns........you made your own. I have also seen show rings on baseball diamonds where half the ring was dirt and half was grass! I went to a horse show in Eastern Ky once that was built into the side of a hill. The only place to warm up was up and down a cow path! | |

| I hate watching a Football game, that part of the field is a Diamond. I've heard that some of the primitive shows were back & forth on a street. | |

| I remember those matching head bands and girths and breast straps. Best they stay in the 70s along with the leisure suits and disco. | |
